Reporting to the Managing Director, the HR manager will be responsible for the contribution of employees to the performance of the business through implementing HR strategies and planes. The position calls for a person who believes in strategic and hands on HR implementation, employees partnership and trust, administrative expertise and customer service

Recruitment, selection, HRIS, Compensation & Benefits Management, Job evaluation, salary surveys & structures, salary administration, benefits plans, Performance Management, Job descriptions, KPIs, performance plans, performance appraisals, Training needs analysis, training plan and budget, skills inventory, competency dictionary, career planning, succession planning, Internal Communication, Cultural programs, and policy and procedures.
