Job Description

This project is a research project and it is supposed to review the core strategy plan at the level of international study, the Platform business model along with a case study and research and analysis of the Chinese Market and West International Market. The strategy pillars of the Project have been determined in 7 different pillars, each of these pillars is supervised by a research and study team, all of which are led by an integrated expert as the head of the lead group, and the outlines of our whole strategic pillars are as follows: ● Regulatory pillar. ● Marketing pillar. ● Technology Pillar. ● Operation Pillar. ● HR Pillar. ● Leadership Pillar. ● Financial Pillar. This invitation of collaboration belongs to HR Pillar, and the Topics of research and programming of whole COMPONENTS of the HR Pillar, the role of the Human Resources pillar is to research and study the following components as follows: HR Pillar: ● Learning and innovation. ● Open innovation. ● Closed innovation. ● Competency management system. ● Knowledge support for platform HR/ Sides (the supply sides and Client sides). ● MOOC (massive online courses). ● Talent management. Our collaboration agreement is in the form of a freelancing agreement at least for 6 months and at least weekly 15 hours-research and study. The whole round of collaboration will be done non-physical and online virtually. In order to provide further details, this cooperation will be implemented in the form of a freelancing and consulting contract, the weekly monitoring is supervised in the form of a virtual video conference by supervisory of Iranian- International super experts through a professional team under the rules of the OKR program. Finally, the themes of “customer journey” and the Final Blue Print document in HR capital management Pillar should be developed and provided by the hired person during the studies and research of these above components of the HR capital management Pillar under the weekly OKR program. In addition, guidance and lead on research resources and study of these components provide by our company to the recruited person via the employer’s international and professional leadership team persons every week.

Requirements

●,MSc or Ph.D. degree in Human Resources Management. ● Familiar with digital development projects management in HR aspects. ● Experienced in different types of HR project management and control. ● Talented, creative with innovative personality attributes. ● Fluent in English. ● At least 3 to 5 years of job experience.
