Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with department managers to identify HR needs and support the implementation of related strategies.
- Plan and execute processes related to recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee development.
- Act as a liaison between the HR department and business units to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Analyze HR data and prepare reports for senior management.
- Lead and support initiatives that enhance organizational culture and employee engagement.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in HRBP or Human Resources Management roles.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws and social insurance regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical thinking.
- Preferably holds a relevant degree (e.g., Human Resource Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, etc.).
