Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with department managers to identify HR needs and support the implementation of related strategies.
  • Plan and execute processes related to recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee development.
  • Act as a liaison between the HR department and business units to ensure effective communication and alignment.
  • Analyze HR data and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Lead and support initiatives that enhance organizational culture and employee engagement.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in HRBP or Human Resources Management roles.
  • Solid knowledge of labor laws and social insurance regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical thinking.
  • Preferably holds a relevant degree (e.g., Human Resource Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, etc.).
