Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives, drive people initiatives, and foster a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to design and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals and drive business success.
  • Utilize data and analytics to optimize HR practices and support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide expert guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and organizational development.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for managers and employees on HR matters such as performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, with a strong focus on timely replacement of key roles.
  • Partner with the People Experience team to create and execute employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Develop and manage talent programs focused on performance reviews, career growth, and retention.
  • Organize and facilitate training sessions to promote continuous learning, upskilling, and leadership development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role—preferably in dynamic, high-growth environments such as tech, e-commerce, or startups.
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and leadership recruitment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage HR metrics for informed decision-making and process improvement.
