Requirements
-Over 10 years of experience in Human Resources
-Over 5 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager
-Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred
-An analytical mind with problem and Solving skills
-A team player with leadership skills
-Well versed in Labor-related laws, rules, and regulations
-Excellent understanding of HR, payroll & benefit practices and training process
-Works best under pressure with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-Ideal Age Range: 35 - 55
