Job Description
• Following up personnel's' need assessment procedure and providing training programs accordingly
• Collaborating with educational and training institutes on the subject of required training courses and certificates for the personnel
• Developing content for the personnel's training courses
• Holding training sessions and courses both inside and outside the organization.
• Assessing effectiveness of the previously held training courses and submitting related feedbacks to organization's managers and directors
• Collecting feedbacks and providing constructive recommendations for continuous improvement of training activities
• Scheduling performance management rounds and supervising over the sound fulfillment of related activities according to the time table.
• Coordinating the briefing meetings with managers and directors and following up the requirements of the meetings as well as possible changes and updates of related forms in order to improve these meetings.
• Providing statistical and descriptive reports, analyzing data, and submitting the reports to HR manager
