Job Description
This role will partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies focused on talent management, training, and development, performance management, employee engagement, etc. To be successful in this role, you will need a flexible skillset, including the ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and collaborate across many teams, levels, and situations, and you must understand business priorities and translate them into the highest impact work.
Responsibilities:
● Provide operational support on a wide range of HR processes.
● Implement talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
● Conduct different interview methods such as behavioral, group, and panel interviews
● Prepare and implement training and development plans for employees to ensure that employees acquire the necessary skills in an effective and timely manner.
● Conduct Job satisfaction and engagement surveys.
● Develop and implement employer branding strategies.
● Manage the exit process, including conducting ad-hoc exit interviews.
● Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, etc., and resolve issues and problems.
● Prepare and update job descriptions and job specifications.
● Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
● Analyze data and observations across the organization, highlighting trends and recommending/driving solutions, as appropriate.
● Prepare monthly and annual HR and budget reports.
