Job Description

● Identify, design, conduct, and control all HR Systems and processes. ● Identify and monitor human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, interviewing, orienting, and training employees. ● Organize all personnel administration affairs according to labor law, such as contracts, insurance and etc. ● Plan, design and conduct motivational programs to Increase Employee Satisfaction ● Design and revise job description. ● Evaluate, conduct and follow up training and development plans. ● Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs. ● Organize all personnel administration affairs according to labor law, such as contracts, insurance and etc. ● Plan human resources strategies according to the company mission. ● Monitor performance management system. ● Design and revise guidelines, procedures, and policies. ● Maintain company structures by updating requirements. ● Schedule and conduct job evaluations.

Requirements

● Professional knowledge of all HR areas (Recruitment, development, performance evaluation, retention, attendance, payroll, and job grading). ● More than 8 years of experience in human resources management. ● Good knowledge of Iranian Labor law and social security laws and regulations. ● Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skill. ● Excellent Leadership skills, ability to motivate and train others. ● Strong team working abilities. ● Time management skills. ● Organizational development skills. ● Gender preference: Male. ● Ideal age range: 35 to 48 years old.
