Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR generalist to join our finance HRBP team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources needs of the finance, business finance, general services, and systems and methods departments, ensuring the implementation of HR policies, processes, and practices to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide senior-level support in functional areas of Human Resources including but not limited to recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development, training, and special projects.
- Talent acquisition and recruitment processes including; coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, and sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.).
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements, planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Work closely with the HR Business Partner as needed on strategic HR initiatives that may include performance management, workforce planning, employee learning and development, diversity, compliance, recruitment, exit, and/or compensation-related action items.
- Oversee/assist in the day-to-day delivery of Human Resources projects, programs, and strategies (communication, onboarding, assimilation, talent management).
- Assist with the organization's performance management process by coaching, educating, and providing feedback to managers/supervisors,
- Conduct ER investigations, analyze organizational health issues, and work in partnership with the HR Manager to develop and execute plans to address problem areas.
- Develop proactive communications, employee relations/recognition, and appreciation programs.
