Job Description

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized HR and Administrative Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources and administrative functions for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities to effectively manage a team of employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the company.
  • Conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and selecting the best fit for open positions.
  • Managing employee performance, identifying training and development needs, and facilitating career growth.
  • Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.
  • Developing and implementing training programs to address employee skill gaps.
  • Managing employee relations to ensure a positive work environment and a motivated workforce.
  • Developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives and handling employee complaints.
  • Managing disciplinary actions and conflict resolution as necessary.
  • Managing payroll and benefits administration, including processing payroll, tracking timesheets, and administering benefits.
  • Managing employee contracts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • More than three years of experience in HR and administrative management.
  • Proven track record of managing HR processes and employee relations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Good at English.
