Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the company.
- Conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and selecting the best fit for open positions.
- Managing employee performance, identifying training and development needs, and facilitating career growth.
- Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.
- Developing and implementing training programs to address employee skill gaps.
- Managing employee relations to ensure a positive work environment and a motivated workforce.
- Developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives and handling employee complaints.
- Managing disciplinary actions and conflict resolution as necessary.
- Managing payroll and benefits administration, including processing payroll, tracking timesheets, and administering benefits.
- Managing employee contracts.
