Job Description

- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization - Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital - Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems - Monitor daily HR tasks & issues - Implementing HR policies and procedures - Recruitment Process including assessment, advertise, interview, screening and selection. - Arrange, monitor and evaluate training activities and personal development management. - Advising on pay and other issues, including promotion and benefits; administer payroll and maintain staff records. - Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements. - Oversee and manage a performance management system that drives high performance - Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives. - Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures. - Nurture a positive working environment

Requirements

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or Master of Science in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, industrial engineering - At least 10 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager - Knowledge of the different fields of Human Resources Management: recruitment, training, social law, careers development, payroll etc. - Leadership and management skills, ability to motivate and train others. - Having problem solving skills to deal with disputes, grievances and staffing problems - Fluent in Human Resources Excellence Model - Having strong team working abilities. - Good judgment and problem-solving skills - Influencing and negotiating skills - Ideal Age Range: 40-50
