Job Description

At Radman, we are looking to hire a dynamic and skilled customer support specialist. We invite creative and capable sales experts to join our active and vibrant team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and engaging with potential customers, universities, and institutions.
  • Following up on leads via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
  • Maintaining and managing a pipeline of leads, with a focus on closing deals.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Understanding customer needs and proposing suitable solutions.

Sales Strategy Execution:

  • Achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase sign-ups and partnerships.

Reporting & Feedback:

  • Providing regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and results.
  • Offering feedback to improve sales processes and strategies.

Requirements:

Familiarity with CRM Systems:

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for lead and customer data management (a plus).

Technology Proficiency:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
