Key Responsibilities:
Identifying and engaging with potential customers, universities, and institutions.
Following up on leads via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
Maintaining and managing a pipeline of leads, with a focus on closing deals.
Customer Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners.
Understanding customer needs and proposing suitable solutions.
Sales Strategy Execution:
Achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Developing and implementing strategies to increase sign-ups and partnerships.
Reporting & Feedback:
Providing regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and results.
Offering feedback to improve sales processes and strategies.
Requirements:
Familiarity with CRM Systems:
Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for lead and customer data management (a plus).
Technology Proficiency:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
