Collaborate with other departments and companies within the group to gather and disseminate news internally.
Develop press kit materials for media outlets, including internal press releases.
Organize and oversee GI events such as open days, seminars, conferences, etc.
Develop customers' mailing list addresses to promote and share information, news, and offers about GI companies.
Build and maintain targeted media lists and nurture relationships with key reporters.
Suggest PR plans and strategies to maintain GI clients.
Evaluate the public opinion of clients through surveys, polls, and social media monitoring.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns and communicate insights to management.
Research customers’ lifecycles and how they interact with our brand to understand the best ways to reach them (e.g. through email, social media, or other targeted campaigns).
Use email marketing concepts and metrics to measure and optimize email campaigns, raise awareness of the group, increase website click rates, and achieve other business goals.
Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external media outlets.
Suggest effective ways of peaceful resolution of any internal or external disputes.
Perform other duties when needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields.
At least three years of progressive experience working in public information, media, and communications
Advanced secretarial, organizational, and networking skills.
Hands-on skills in using traditional and digital communications tools and platforms such as WhatsApp for dissemination of communications news, updates, and media advisories.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Good skills in English, both speaking and writing.
Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit.
Attention to detail, consistency, and accuracy in work.
