The Role

We are looking for a junior CEO Assistant who can support the daily operations and priorities of the CEO. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is sharp, organized, highly dependable, and able to learn quickly. You will help manage schedules, prepare materials, coordinate communication, and ensure that tasks and follow-ups are executed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and organize the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and follow-ups

- Prepare concise notes, summaries, and briefing materials

- Track tasks, commitments, and deadlines to ensure timely execution

- Draft and review emails, documents, and communication

- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of materials

- Maintain structured digital filing and documentation systems

- Assist with light research, document preparation, and basic analysis

- Use productivity and AI tools to streamline routine tasks

Requirements

- Strong written and verbal communication in Persian; functional English reading and writing

- High personal organization and attention to detail

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Interest in using modern digital and AI tools for productivity

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional environment

- Strong sense of responsibility, follow-through, and professionalism

Preferred

- Experience in roles requiring reliability, structure, or coordination

- Ability to write clearly and organize information effectively

- Interest in working closely with senior leadership
