
Job Description
• Develop and maintain relationships with ministries, regulatory bodies, and industry associations to influence policy and secure approvals.
• Monitor legislative and socio-political developments; translate insights into actionable guidance for business and mitigate emerging risks.
• Represent Unilever Iran in public consultations, industry working groups, and regulatory hearings.
• Conduct after-action reviews to refine crisis playbooks and strengthen resilience.
• Shape and support high-impact advocacy campaigns on topics such as nutrition, hygiene, and gender equity.
• Prepare briefing materials, position papers, and thought-leadership content for senior leadership engagement.
• Act as the liaison between Corporate Affairs and Legal, Marketing, HR, Supply Chain, and HSE to ensure consistent messaging and compliance.
• Support internal communications on regulatory changes, policy impacts, and external affairs priorities.
• Maintain a regulatory dashboard and monthly reports on stakeholder engagements, policy trends, and advocacy outcomes.
• Oversee external-affairs budgets, agency relationships, and tenders for research, monitoring, and events.
• Ensure robust documentation and governance of all corporate-affairs activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Management, or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in corporate affairs, regulation management, market access, or brand communications
• Proven supervisory or project-leadership experience with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record in policy advocacy, stakeholder mapping, and navigating complex regulatory landscapes
• Demonstrated expertise in crisis/issue management, including media and government coordinate during sensitive incidents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Persian and English
