• Researching new leads and creating a list of potential and accessible leads in various industries • Gathering contact information and key decision-makers in each company • Making calls and introducing the company to key stakeholders • Sending catalogs or necessary promotional materials to clients • Attempting to arrange in-person meetings with clients to present company services and proposals, and preparing the related meeting minutes • Establishing organized and professional relationships with clients • Preparing accurate reports and providing client status updates to the Marketing Manager. • Following up on the sale of products and services and finalizing contracts with clients • Receiving and transferring the required information to the relevant departments for preparing initial proposals • Ensuring the timely completion of all financial processes related to projects until full settlement • Analyzing and communicating client requirements and creating a common language between client expectations and internal teams • Creating and maintaining client information dashboards and archiving related documents • Identifying client threats and opportunities
Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Familiar with advertising media concepts • Skilled in project management and CRM software • Highly skilled in persuasion and influencing clients across various business sectors • Strong sales skills and the ability to use different approaches for effective client communication • Strong teamwork, time management, stress management, and communication skills • Active, motivated, success-oriented, and energetic • Academic knowledge in advertising or marketing is considered an advantage
