Description of duties and responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing content macro strategy based on brand goals and marketing funnel.
- Management of the team of writers, designers and content creators to produce all kinds of formats (text, image, video).
- Monitoring the quality of content and coordination with the SEO team and social networks.
- Content performance analysis with KPI indicators (CTR, Engagement, Conversion, ROI).
- Guiding the ideation process and creating brand narratives according to the tone of the organization.

Qualifying conditions:
- At least 5 years of experience in managing content production or digital marketing.
- Mastering the concepts of Content Strategy, SEO and Storytelling.
- Ability to organize team and schedule projects.
- Skill in management tools (Trello, Notion, Excel Dashboard).
- The power of decision-making, leadership and creativity
