Engineering - IT-Network Administration jobs

* Provide technical support in the areas of APIs and system integrations.
* Analyze, troubleshoot, and follow up on technical issues until full resolution.
* Monitor and review system logs and transactions.
* Prepare and update technical documentation and user guides.
* Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and improve services.

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree at minimum from a public/state university.
* Preferred fields of study: Computer Engineering (Software or IT), Industrial Engineering (Systems Analysis or IT), Information Technology Management, or MBA with a technical background.
* Familiarity with REST APIs, Swagger, and Postman.
* Familiarity with SQL Server and T-SQL.
* Understanding of HTTP status codes and the ability to analyze client-side and server-side errors.
* Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
* Ability to prepare technical documentation.
* Effective communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
* Strong sense of responsibility, persistence in follow-up, and a problem-solving mindset.
