1) Provide expert support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central finance modules.
2) Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and budgeting.
3)Assist users with day-to-day financial operations and system usage.
4)Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
5)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other modules and systems.
6)Document support processes and maintain knowledge base articles.
7)Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
8)Train end-users and provide ongoing support.
Requirments
1) Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
2) Proven experience as a System and application Support, specifically in finance.
3)Overall knowledge & understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
4)Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues in Business Central finance modules, or any ERP & Modules
5)Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6)Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7)Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9)English Language Proficiency is a must
10)General Microsoft Office Products Proficiency (Power Point/Word/Excel)
11) Working experience with JIRA & Confluence is a Plus
12)Manage Engine Knowledge and competency is a plus.
13)Familiarity with ERP Project implementation methodology is a Plus
14)Talented Fresh Graduate candidates with Full English proficiency could be considered
