At Okala, we are looking to hire a capable and responsible ICT Supervisor who, with a hands-on and managerial approach, will lead and coordinate the IT team and play a key role in ensuring the quality of IT services, managing daily operations, and supporting organizational needs.

What You'll Be Doing:

_ Plan and manage the daily operations of the ICT team
_ Assign, prioritize tasks, and manage team shifts
_ Monitor IT service quality and ensure adherence to ITSM processes
_ Manage incidents, escalations, and critical situations
_ Improve processes and increase operational efficiency
_ Prepare performance reports and coordinate with management and business units

What You Bring:

_ At least 5 years of relevant experience in the ICT / IT domain
_ Proven experience in team leadership or Lead / Supervisor roles
_ Strong expertise in networking, virtualization, and Microsoft services
_ Familiarity with ITSM / ITIL concepts
_ Hands-on experience in incident management and IT operations support
_ Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and manage teams
_ Experience working in 24/7 operational environments
_ Familiarity with ticketing and monitoring tools
