We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resource department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will create strong talent pipelines for the current and future needs of the company.
Responsibilities:
● Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria.
● Source potential candidates, and plan interview and selection procedures.
● Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
● Onboard new employees.
● Manage, develop and retain employees.
● Carry out exit interviews.
● Lead employer branding initiatives (e.g. job fairs, events, etc.).
Requirements
● Proven work experience as a talent acquisition specialist or similar roles.
● Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn).
● Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within the organization.
● Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Industrial Management or relevant fields.
