We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage the entire recruitment process — from sourcing and attracting top talent to ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
*Key Responsibilities: -Create and publish job postings across various platforms. -Source and attract candidates via multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, etc.). -Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews (phone and in-person). -Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers. -Enhance the Candidate Experience throughout the hiring process. -Prepare periodic recruitment reports for management.
*Qualifications & Skills: -Technical Skills & Expertise -Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. -Familiarity with modern sourcing strategies and talent attraction techniques. -Strong communication and negotiation skills. -Knowledge of assessment methods and interview processes. -Proficiency in interview techniques. -Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
