Assessing the needs of human capital and compiling job advertisements (Job Post) according to the requirements of each position Review and screen resumes based on key competencies and organizational criteria Conducting and evaluating competency-based interviews using methods such as STAR Designing, compiling and updating the competency model (Competency Model) at the organization level Implementing talent acquisition strategies through recruitment platforms, social networks (especially LinkedIn) and other recruitment channels Compilation and presentation of analytical reports on the performance of the recruitment process and key indicators (recruitment KPIs) Working closely with team managers to identify recruitment needs and provide effective solutions for staffing Creating and updating the Talent Pool for key and in-demand positions Monitoring the quality of technical and human capital interviews and providing feedback to improve processes Identifying, evaluating and developing new employment channels according to the needs of the organization Participating in the Onboarding process and facilitating the effective entry of new colleagues
