We are looking for a talent acquisition specialist to join our HR department. Your responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. Ultimately, you will build a strong talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our company.
Responsibilities:
Consult and support hiring managers to recruit the best available talents for vacant positions.
Follow end to end of the recruitment process from hiring request, CV sourcing, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Conduct different interview methods such as behavioral, group, and panel interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
Communicate with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
Write job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
Screen applicants for competency with the job requirements.
Arrange telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
Perform background and reference checks.
Present the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
Offer job positions and complete the relevant paperwork.
Keep track of all applicants and keep applicants informed on the application process.
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication; high quality document and report preparation.
Ability to work independently, as well as an active member of both business and HR teams.
Ability to analyze data, prepare analytical reports and work with related graphs.
At least three years of recruitment experience.
Professional knowledge of all HR areas particularly recruitment and hiring.
