Job Description

● Prepare job descriptions. ● Identify and develop recruitment channels such as LinkedIn and other professional networks. ● CV Screen. ● Implement CBI (competency-based interviewing). ● Prepare analytical reports and calculate KPI. ● Research talent acquisition trends for process improvement. ● Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.

Requirements

● Getting to know the preparation and formulation of the competency model. ● Experience in human resources planning. ● At least a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management (all fields), or other related fields. ● Ability to communicate effectively. ● Proficient in the principles and techniques of appropriate negotiation. ● Teamwork spirit. ● Responsible. ● Ability to follow up and be result-oriented. ● Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
