Developing the annual staff plan and budget.
Updating the company’s website recruitment opportunities.
Designing and conducting competency-based interviews.
Designing and implementing the assessment center.
Managing the promotion and transfer process.
Managing the exit process and exit interviews and preparing analytical reports.
Designing and implementing measures related to the promoting employer brand, including effective attendance at job fairs, universities, social media, and relevant conferences.
Preparing analytical reports related to the company’s talent acquisition performance.
Updating processes, procedures, and forms related to recruitment, promotion, transfer, and exit processes.
Requirements
At least 6 years of relevant work experience in recruiting and hiring (work experience in the food industry is an advantage).
At least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or other related fields.
Ability to attract talents through recruitment and recruitment platforms, LinkedIn, universities, and educational institutions.
Proficient in recruitment and selection methods, especially competency-based interviews and assessment centers.
Familiarity with psychological tests and the ability to analyze them.
Ability to headhunt talents personally and work with related companies.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Team-work ability.
MS Office skills, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
