Responsibilities:
Preparing, maintaining, and continuously updating the process map of the organization.
Preparing governance, operational, and support documents of the organization, including regulations, working procedures, processes, and forms required by the organization.
Implementing coding, approval, communication, publication, and archiving of organizational documents.
Controlling the documentation and monitoring the updating in the organization and carefulness in updating and maintaining it.
Troubleshooting, reviewing, and re-engineering work processes periodically and continuously.
Defining control points and indicators to ensure the correct execution of processes.
Collecting, and analyzing information from existing systems and specifying the goals and communications of the systems.
Analyzing users' needs and then designing, following up, and implementing software development measures to meet the requirements in process mechanization projects.

Requirements
Proficient in basic concepts and standards of process modeling such as BPMN or flowchart.
Familiar with visio or visual paradigm process modeling software or other similar tools.
Familiarity with BPMS system development platforms and solutions.
Ability to identify and document software requirements in FRD format or similar
Ability to compile analysis documents, versioning, quality control of the accuracy of the documents and models produced.
Technical knowledge of checking and matching processes with best practices and optimal implementation of benchmarks.
Familiarity with Scrum and the ability to work in an Agile environment.
Proficiency in working with Office software, and Google Docs.
experience and familiarity with the online sales industry, chain stores, or startups is a plus.
