Responsibilities:
- Preparing, maintaining, and continuously updating the process map of the organization.
- Preparing governance, operational, and support documents of the organization, including regulations, working procedures, processes, and forms required by the organization.
- Implementing coding, approval, communication, publication, and archiving of organizational documents.
- Controlling the documentation and monitoring the updating in the organization and carefulness in updating and maintaining it.
- Troubleshooting, reviewing, and re-engineering work processes periodically and continuously.
- Defining control points and indicators to ensure the correct execution of processes.
- Collecting, and analyzing information from existing systems and specifying the goals and communications of the systems.
- Analyzing users' needs and then designing, following up, and implementing software development measures to meet the requirements in process mechanization projects.
