● Designing, development, and implementation of management systems (ISO 9001.), work procedures, and controlling their integration based.
● Designing of organizational structure.
● Preparation of management reports.
● Training and coaching of procedures to ensure the effectiveness of implementation.
● Refining and supervision of procedures' implementation in the organization.
● Identifying and managing organizational risks.
● Designing, analyzing, and controlling processes indexes.
