Job Description

We are looking for experienced systems and methods experts to join our team and develop solutions to improve our management system processes and efficiencies. An ideal candidate is experienced working in the QMS, with a process architecture framework, with Business Process Management (BPM) and Process Modelling best practices and tools. Job Description: ● Cooperate in defining the business process and planning, implementing, and monitoring the integration of operations and organizational processes. ● Lead and facilitate high and mid-level business process design workshops for technology-based programs including discovery interviews and identification of process structures in the design. ● Document process information using visual diagrams (process models), and maintain the organization’s process map. ● Responsible for cooperation in documenting the processes and relative documented information. ● Lead process architecture, discovery, and present process reengineering plan to business leaders. ● Cooperate for the implementation of the quality system (PMS) in the organization to define and update the specific methods, procedures, and instructions and define and follow up on quality KPIs and statistical analysis of results and provide the relevant reports. ● Provide continual quality troubleshooting support and non-conformity acts within the periodical audit and monitoring the QMS and close follow-up for resolving. ● Responsible to develop and maintain competencies, awareness, and commitment to QMS. ● Influence and guide business leaders to achieve objectives with process-centric planning. ● Analyze as-is and future-state process models to develop the strategy/plan for change. ● Research or reuse industry-best-practice to plan re-engineering projects. ● Capture and align business leaders on the process as solutions are developed. ● Coordinate and drive process deployment projects including business system change.
