Duties and Responsibilities:
Fully implement the performance management process as part of the talent management framework and provide the necessary reports Designing and updating organizational structure, processes, job descriptions and procedures Developing job competencies and ensuring their alignment with the organization's goals Full cycle management of educational programs from analysis and design to implementation, evaluation and follow-up. Design and monitoring of individual development programs (IDP) Career Path design as a tool for development, succession and promotion
Qualifying conditions:
At least 2 years of relevant experience Graduate of human resources, management or related fields Mastery of organizational development, training process and performance management Familiar with learning management software and systems. Completion of military service or exemption from it is mandatory Organized, motivated, responsible and with a spirit of learning Systemic thinking, effective planning and precision in the implementation of processes
