Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and people-centered Senior Learning & Development Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of employee learning, development, and capability-building initiatives across the organization.

This role plays a critical part in strengthening organizational performance by developing structured learning paths, leadership development programs, and continuous improvement frameworks that support both individual growth and business objectives.

The Senior L&D Specialist acts as a bridge between organizational strategy and people capability — ensuring that our employees have the skills, mindset, and tools needed to grow with the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Learning Strategy & Capability Development

Design and implement organization-wide learning and development strategies aligned with business goals
Develop competency frameworks, learning paths, and skill matrices for key roles and teams
Identify capability gaps through needs assessment, performance data, and organizational diagnostics
Translate business priorities into scalable learning solutions

Training Design & Delivery

Design and implement structured training programs (technical, behavioral, leadership, and soft skills)
Develop onboarding, upskilling, and reskilling programs
Curate internal and external learning resources and manage training vendors
Facilitate workshops, training sessions,s and leadership development programs

Leadership & Talent Development

Design leadership development and high-potential programs
Support succession planning and internal mobility initiatives
Partner with HR Business Partners and managers to strengthen team capability development

Performance & Continuous Improvement

Support performance management frameworks through learning interventions
Measure training effectiveness using KPIs and learning analytics
Drive a culture of continuous learning, feedback, and improvement
Continuously improve L&D processes based on data and feedback

Organizational Alignment & Change Support

Partner with key stakeholders to align learning initiatives with organizational changes
Support change management programs through targeted training and communication initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
A master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or MBA is a strong plus
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or People Experience roles
Strong knowledge of capability building, adult learning principles, and instructional design
Experience in leadership development, performance management, and learning analytics
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into learning action plans
Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple learning initiatives simultaneously
