Job Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development or training roles
Proven experience in designing and delivering organizational learning and development programs
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles
Practical experience in:
Training needs analysis
Learning path and IDP design
Training effectiveness evaluation models
Ability to analyze learning data and prepare management reports
Strong planning, organization, and training project management skills
Effective communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
