The Senior Sales Expert at Danieli leads after-sales and spare parts sales efforts within the manufacturing and processing industry, specifically focusing on the steel sector. This role involves engaging technical and commercial expertise to support and expand business operations . The professional will collaborate closely with the team, applying strategic after-sales approaches to meet client needs and ensure continued satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement targeted after-sales strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention and managing after-sales services to the customers based on company’s targets. - Drive sales of spare parts and after-sales services within the steel industry. - Conduct business trips across the country to foster and maintain client relationships. - Work collaboratively with the team to identify and capture new business opportunities especially collaborating and interacting with other project units including sales, project manager, procurement, operations, etc. - Analyze market trends and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies and Preparing periodic reports on market and customers performance and satisfaction. - Engage in direct client communication to understand and address technical and commercial needs and Identify customer needs and complaints and providing appropriate solutions to improve customer relationships to maintain and increase their satisfaction
Qualifications: - Proven technical and commercial expertise in the steel industry. - At least 7 years of experience in after-sales and spare parts sales. - Engineering (Mechanical) background, with a master's degree as an advantage. - Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal. - Strong team collaboration and leadership skills. - Ability to travel for business purposes within the country.
