Job Description

Designing, compiling and implementing the sales and marketing business plan in line with the organization's goals
Sales planning, performance monitoring and realization of quantitative and qualitative sales goals
Identifying, tracking and attracting potential customers and turning them into actual customers
Investigating and analyzing market trends, competitors and customer behavior and providing solutions to increase sales
Design, implementation and management of sales and marketing campaigns and promotions
Preparing and presenting analytical reports on the performance of sales and marketing activities to the management
Required competencies and skills:

High ability in effective communication and interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills and the ability to present and negotiate professionally
Mastering the principles and techniques of sales and negotiation
Good familiarity with the market, customer behavior and general business knowledge
Mastery of digital sales and marketing tools (CRM, social networks, analytical tools, etc.)
Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on sales reports
