Senior sales expert

• Designing, compiling and implementing sales and marketing business plans in line with the organization's strategic goals
• Planning, directing and monitoring sales activities and continuous evaluation of performance in order to achieve quantitative and qualitative goals
• Identifying, tracking and attracting potential customers and developing B2B customer portfolio
• Analyzing market trends, competitors and customer behavior and providing effective solutions to increase sales and market share
• Designing, implementing and managing sales and marketing campaigns and promotions
• Preparing and presenting periodic and analytical reports of sales performance and marketing activities to senior management
• Active participation in domestic and international specialized exhibitions and events
• Management of the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract signing and post-sale follow-up
• Providing sea, land, air and transit transportation solutions according to the needs of key customers
• The ability to negotiate professionally at the organizational level and manage relationships with key customers (Key Accounts).
• Close cooperation with the operation unit to ensure timely and high-quality service implementation

Eligibility conditions
• At least 4 years of related work experience in selling international transportation, forwarding or shipping services
• Complete familiarity with the processes of export, import and shipping documents
• Mastery of Microsoft Office software (especially Excel and Outlook)
• Good command of English language (conversation and writing) - considered an advantage
• Maximum age: 40 years
