Job Description

  • To train and transfer his own sales experiences to the team who are under his supervision.
  • To collect all information and statistics required by the company in order to promote sales targets.
  • To monitor, manage, control, and evaluate team performance and responsibilities.
  • To set yearly/monthly/daily targets for the team.
  • To perform incentive programs for the team.
  • To report market competition/activity/price changing/promotion etc.
  • To be available en route in all working days for check and visiting stores.
  • To prepare market visit reports.
  • To provide creative solutions to achieve sales targets.
  • To report and analyze data and present in sales meetings.

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in a relative industry.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong teamwork and working effectively with others.
  • Ability to train/motivate/promote the sales team.
  • Leadership and supervisory competencies.
  • Communication skills.
  • Follow-up skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
