Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Supervisor with proven experience in the logistics and air freight industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the sales and customer service team, ensuring the achievement of sales goals, and maintaining direct communication with key clients to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, organize, and evaluate the performance of the sales and customer service team
  • Maintain direct communication with key customers to identify their needs, propose appropriate
  • solutions, and ensure service excellence
  • Develop and monitor monthly and annual sales targets
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities in the international transportation industry
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, and Commercial departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Prepare analytical reports and present sales performance insights to senior management

*Requirements:

  • 10 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within logistics or international freight forwarding.
  • Proven experience in leading or supervising a sales or customer service team
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing principles
  • Familiarity with air and sea freight operations (a strong advantage)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with corporate clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
