Formulation and implementation of monthly and quarterly sales plan in the province based on the company's goals
Analyzing the market situation, competitors and the potential of each region, city and sales route and providing development proposals
Developing and maintaining effective relationships with doctors, beauty offices, clinics and sales centers related to skin products
Dealing with customer complaints, comments and suggestions at the provincial level and regularly transferring them to the central office
Daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales status, achievement of goals, customer debt and competitors' activities
Analyzing sales trends in the province and providing solutions to improve product sales
Monitoring the prices, discounts and promotions of competitors and proposing advertising and promotion campaigns according to the conditions of the province
Coordinating with the central office units for timely supply of goods, implementation of promotions and solving issues related to customers
Participating in periodic meetings at headquarters to align strategies and goals
Qualifying conditions:
Age: 30-40
Gender: Female/Male
Education: At least master's degree in one of the fields of management, marketing, commerce, chemistry, pharmacy or related fields
At least 3 to 5 years of sales supervision experience in the field of aesthetics and beauty/cosmetics
Full familiarity with the market of doctors and skin and beauty clinics
Skills:
Mastering the principles of B2B and B2D sales (doctors and clinics)
History of direct communication with doctors
High skill in negotiation, persuasion, professional communication and networking
Mastery of CRM and Excel software
Relative proficiency in English
Ability to travel regularly (weekly)
Has excellent public relations, neat appearance and professional demeanor
Has strong bargaining power and negotiation
My interest in teamwork
High responsibility and follow-up in achieving goals
