Job Description

● Keep in touch with existing customers in person and by phone. ● Find new customers and conduct meetings with them. ● Agree on sales, prices, contracts and payments. ● Achieve defined sales KPI. ● Promote new products and any special deals. ● Advise customers about delivery schedules and after-sales services. ● Supervise sales team, following strategy and target.

Requirements

● Experience in FMCG, coaching employees, monitoring progress, enforcing rules, and ensuring quality compliance. ● Strong communication and leadership skills. ● Ability to resolve workplace issues effectively. ● Excited about guiding, training, and supporting their team members. ● Highly motivated to help our company fulfill its larger mission. ● People-centered, supportive, and flexible in order to get the most out of his/her team. ● A natural leader who is focused on inspiring employees to own their work and deliver better results. ● Upper diploma degrees. ● Some experience in FMCG.
