- Responsible for developing and implementing the overall staffing & recruitment programs
- Establish different requirements related to recruiting
- Developing recruitment procedures and forms
- Preparing recruitment database and keeping it updated
- Register data in systems, creating reports and identifying irregularities
- Use different recruiting methods according to available terms and conditions
- Internal and external job posting
- Perform telephone interviews and setting up the recruitment interviewing programs
Requirements
- At least 2 years previous work experience
- Grade: MS/BS
- Familiar with recruitment processes and various interviewing methods
- Familiar with various psychological tests
- Management (All branches)
- Mastery of Office software
- Flexible and teamwork ability
- Strong public relations, interpersonal skills and high learning power
- Ideal Age Range: 26 - 35
