Kaveh Aluminum Can Company is the first two-piece aluminum can manufacturer in Iran; established in 2006. We have employed the most modern technologies in the world to manufacture the majority of beverage aluminum cans. Two-piece aluminum cans are used in the beverage industry i.e., fruit juices, soft drinks, malt beverages, energy drinks, yogurt drinks, etc. Our customers are located all over Iran and also worldwide.

About the position:

As a talent acquisition expert, you will be responsible for attracting talented candidates for the organizational needs as per the received job requisitions and trying to select the best-qualified ones in a hand-in-hand collaboration with the hiring managers and other stakeholders. Following technical talent acquisition KPIs thoroughly and meeting them is an essential expectation from this position.

Your main tasks and activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Consult and support hiring managers in TA affairs.
  • Follow the organization's talent acquisition flow thoroughly.
  • Plan, coordinate, and conduct interviews.
  • Prepare job ads and publish them in the proper channels.
  • Perform formal reference checks as per the TA flow.
  • Keep track of every TA step taken and archive all necessary documents in hard and soft copies.
  • Prepare necessary reports and data.


  • At least a Bachelor's degree - preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with key performance indicators in TA.
  • Ability to work within specific and limited deadlines.
  • Familiarity with English at an advanced level.
