Job Description

  • Consult and support hiring managers to recruit the best available talents for vacant positions.
  • Follow end to end of the recruitment process from Hiring request, CV sourcing, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Conduct different interview methods such as behavioral, Group & Panel Interviews, etc.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
  • Communicate with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
  • Write job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
  • Screen applicants for competency with the job requirements.
  • Arrange telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
  • Perform background and reference checks.
  • Present the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
  • Offer job positions and complete the relevant paperwork.
  • Keep track of all applicants as well as keep applicants informed on the application process.
  • Prepare various analytical reports in the field of talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management.
  • More than 4 years of experience in the same position.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Familiar with the FMCG industry.
  • Fluent in workforce planning methods.
  • Excellent in the talent acquisition process.
  • Familiar with headhunting.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Result-oriented.
  • Strong networking abilities.
