Job Description

The production manager is in charge of developing and implementing policies to use manpower, materials, and production equipment efficiently: ● Optimum job assignment to production lines according to sale demand. ● Managing of line feeding to avoid line stoppage and material shortage. ● Implementing human management policies to increase the efficiency of production manpower. ● Tight coordination and collaboration with safety and quality teams to produce safe and high-quality products. ● Tight coordination and collaboration with planning and maintenance teams to increase Overall Efficiency of Equipment's (OEE).

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Management or Industrial Eng., Chemical Eng. and Mechanical Eng. and Electronic Eng. ● At least 10 years of experience in management and supervisory levels and 3 years as production manager, experience in Automotive industries is preferred. ● Flexible to work in night shifts. ● Advance in dealing with worker's issues and challenges. ● Familiar with QC and PM concepts and procedures. ● Advanced computer literacy and Microsoft Office. ● Advance in communication skills.
