Description of duties:

Checking the letters and reports received by the management office and referring them to different units
Answering the phone calls of domestic and foreign applicants
Making all arrangements with the units and companies of the group
Compliance with all principles, rules and requirements of current standards in the company
Contact with clients, employees and managers of other units
Reminding the manager of meetings and appointments
Planning and coordinating meetings, meetings and management visits
Scheduling the appointment of the superior manager and following up to make it happen
Compile the necessary reports and submit to the superior manager
Drafting of letters issued according to the instructions of the superior manager
Numbering incoming and outgoing letters and keeping the letters in the administrative secretariat
Receiving, reviewing, distributing and sending letters to relevant recipients
Follow up the tasks assigned by the manager until the results are achieved
Protection and maintenance of all documents and maintenance of confidential information
Maintaining the confidentiality of internal affairs and company projects
