The purpose of creating this job position
The purpose of attracting the head of the CEO's office is to professionally manage the executive, communication and administrative affairs of the CEO's office and to create coherence, order and effectiveness in the CEO's internal and external interactions during the establishment and growth of the holding.

Description of key duties and responsibilities
• Managing and organizing the executive and administrative affairs of the CEO's office
• Planning, coordinating and following up the meetings of the CEO, board of directors and specialized committees
• Managing the work calendar, correspondence, calls and referrals of the CEO
• Preparation, arrangement, registration and filing of correspondence, meeting minutes and confidential documents
• Coordinating the communications of the CEO with senior managers, subsidiaries and external stakeholders
• Following up on the approvals, orders and notifications issued by the CEO
• Preparation of executive and management reports required by the CEO
• Observing and controlling the confidentiality of information and documents at the highest level of the organization
• Cooperation in holding official meetings, assemblies, events and missions of the CEO

Organizational position and reporting
• Direct reporting to: CEO
• Work interaction with: board members, vice presidents, managers of subgroup companies, external institutions and official authorities
• Level of authority and responsibility: executive - coordination - management support

Education: Minimum bachelor's degree in management, business management, public administration, law or related fields

Background and work experience
• Minimum related work experience: 3 to 5 years
• Experience working in the offices of the CEO, board of directors or large and holding organizations is considered an advantage
• Experience working in environments with confidential documents and information is preferred
