About the Position

A large and established company operating in the textile manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced and results-driven executive to assume the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

The CEO will be responsible for the overall strategic leadership and integrated management of the company's manufacturing, financial, commercial, and operational activities. The role requires a strong focus on improving operational and financial performance, expanding market opportunities, and ensuring effective coordination between the company's head office in Tehran and its manufacturing facility in Ardabil.

In addition to the company's core manufacturing operations, several external construction and real estate projects are currently underway, including the development of a villa and a building. Accordingly, effective financial resource management, cash flow planning, and investment prioritization are of particular importance.

At the current stage, the company's primary financial priority is the completion of these ongoing real estate projects. Following the stabilization of financial resources and completion of these projects, the company intends to pursue further investment and expansion of its manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the company's strategic and operational plans in coordination with shareholders. Oversee and manage all manufacturing operations, including weaving, dyeing, and fabric finishing. Monitor product quality, production efficiency, waste reduction, and manufacturing cost optimization. Manage financial operations, cash flow, working capital, procurement, and raw material inventory. Plan and prioritize financial resources between ongoing business operations and real estate development projects. Supervise the completion of ongoing external real estate projects, including the construction of a villa and a building, in accordance with approved budgets and timelines. Develop a comprehensive roadmap for the future expansion of manufacturing operations following the completion of the ongoing real estate projects. Drive sales growth, manage key customer relationships, and expand domestic and international markets. Lead, organize, and evaluate the performance of department heads across production, finance, sales, and human resources. Establish transparent management reporting systems and provide regular performance reports to shareholders. Identify operational and financial risks and implement strategies to improve profitability and overall business performance. Ensure regular visits to the Ardabil manufacturing facility and maintain effective oversight of its operations.

Given the simultaneous implementation of investment and construction projects, alongside the company's future manufacturing expansion plans, the CEO will be responsible for strategic financial planning, investment prioritization, supervision of ongoing projects, and developing a long-term roadmap for the company's manufacturing growth.

The ability to effectively manage cash flow and allocate financial resources in alignment with the shareholders' approved objectives is a key requirement for this position.

Qualifications and Requirements Proven senior management experience in manufacturing industries, preferably within the textile sector. Demonstrated experience in managing a large-scale factory or leading a substantial manufacturing organization. Strong technical knowledge of weaving, dyeing, fabric finishing, and quality control processes. Solid understanding of financial management, cost accounting, budgeting, and working capital management. Proven ability to manage cash flow and allocate resources between manufacturing operations and construction projects. Experience in managing construction and real estate development projects is considered an advantage. Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and make strategic, high-level business decisions. Strong commercial negotiation skills and experience in business development and key account management. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, strategic planning, and reporting skills. Willingness and ability to travel regularly to the company's manufacturing facility in Ardabil. Preferred Qualifications and Competitive Advantages Previous experience as a CEO, Managing Director, or senior executive in a textile manufacturing company. Direct experience in denim fabric production, particularly dyeing and finishing processes. A proven track record of improving profitability, increasing manufacturing efficiency, and expanding sales in an industrial environment. Experience in simultaneously managing manufacturing operations, financial resources, and construction or real estate development projects.
