Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
* Develop short-term and long-term strategies based on market conditions and business opportunities.
* Lead the company toward sustainable growth, new product development, and increased market share.
* Oversee the entire supply chain, including raw milk reception, standardization, pasteurization, homogenization, and packaging.
* Monitor production line performance, capacity utilization, operational efficiency, and energy efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with food industry standards, including HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, and other relevant standards.
* Manage operating costs and implement measures to minimize production waste.
* Ensure compliance with national and international standards and regulations.
* Manage food safety risks and oversee corrective and preventive actions.
* Lead financial planning, budget control, cash flow management, and the reduction of unnecessary expenses.
* Analyze the profitability of different products and product categories.
* Foster a quality-driven and customer-oriented organizational culture.
* Optimize the supply chain to reduce costs and improve delivery speed and efficiency.
Qualifications :
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science/Food Industry, Industrial Engineering, Management (Executive, Industrial, or related fields), or another relevant discipline.
* Minimum of 10–15 years of relevant experience in the food industry, particularly in the dairy and ice cream sectors.
* Minimum of 5 years of senior management experience, preferably at the CEO/Managing Director level.
* Proven experience managing production lines in the ice cream and dairy industry.
* Proven track record in resource management, production planning, and market development.
* Strong knowledge of dairy industry standards and food safety systems, including **HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, and ISO 9001**.
* Strong expertise in cost management, budgeting, and product profitability analysis.
* Excellent decision-making, crisis management, and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with health and food safety regulations, as well as the requirements and regulations of the Veterinary Organization and the National Standards Organization.
