Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and implement effective training programs based on organizational needs.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
  • Design engaging and interactive learning materials using various instructional methodologies.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessment tools.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of training records and employee progress.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering, Human Resources, Education, or a related field
  • 23-33 years old
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, or a related capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to analyze data to assess training effectiveness and improve programs accordingly.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
